Biceps Tendon Injuries
Pain in the front of the shoulder.
The Long Head of the Biceps (LHB) is a common pain generator. Inflammation (tendonitis) or tears can occur. A 'Popeye' deformity from a tear often hurts LESS than the tendonitis itself.
